宫保虾球[14P]

  酱油:活血化瘀

  食材用料虾

  15尾~20尾香辣酥

  100g腰果

  10余粒盐

  少许淀粉

  少许香油

  少许鱼露

  少许糖

  适量白醋

  适量酱油

  适量郫县豆瓣酱

  适量黑胡椒

  适量冰酒

  适量葱白

  一段姜

  一小块蒜

  13.配白米饭吃很好吃喔~小贴士

  腌制虾时黑胡椒和冰酒很重要,可以去腥衬托虾的鲜甜。香辣酥和腰果一定要关火后再放,否则就不酥了喔~不喜欢吃花椒的小伙伴们可以用面杖将花椒撵碎用~
